Oh, what could have been! Nebraska's Blackshirts proved their mettle as they held an explosive Sooner offense to a mere 23 points, but they ultimately still fell 7 points short in Norman. No Sooner Magic this time. Instead, the Huskers were haunted by a familiar ghost named Penalties, while the Special Teams were also, um...Culpable in this loss.

The Sooners' return trip to Lincoln next year should certainly be full of intrigue… (Will Adrian Martinez still be in Lincoln too???)
